As well as having our own internal dedicated data team, our data is matched against other valuable resources of business information such as the Royal Mail PAF file, telephone directory file, companies house, trade and industry magazines as well as some other publicly available resources. We also benchmark our data against our competitors to ensure we can be confident in providing the most up-to-date data within the marketplace.
We offer a 97% accuracy guarantee on all mailing and telephone records*. If this is not achieved within the full database we supply we offer a 2 for 1 replacement on any inaccurate records.
All you have to do is supply the database back to us and highlight the records with the inaccuracy we will replace these records on a 2 for 1 basis.
We also ensure our email email data has no greater than 10% hard bounces, and if for some reason you get more than this, we’ll replace them, simple.*
